iLEAD Impact Academy is a year-round leadership development program for children aged 6–15, running four terms — Self-Leadership & Identity, Communication & Confidence, Service & Responsibility, and Innovation & Global Relevance. Weekly interactive sessions for children, monthly webinars for parents, and ongoing reinforcement at home.
