About Us

Leadership is built, not inherited.

iLEAD Impact Academy exists to intentionally shape the next generation of confident, grounded, purpose-driven young leaders — starting at age six.

Our Story

Born from a gap we couldn't ignore.

We noticed the same pattern in family after family: brilliant children, deeply-loved children — and yet nobody was intentionally teaching them how to lead themselves, communicate with courage, or carry responsibility with grace.

Schools focused on academics. Homes focused on morals. But the specific work of building leaders — self-awareness, voice, character, service — was largely being left to chance.

So we built iLEAD Impact Academy to do that work on purpose, in partnership with parents, week after week, until leadership is not something our children hear about, but something they live.

Our Mission

To intentionally build leadership, character and life skills in children ages 6–15, while equipping their parents to reinforce those values at home.

Our Vision

A generation of confident, grounded, purpose-driven young leaders shaping their families, communities and nations for good.

Our Philosophy

Leadership is built, not inherited. It is formed slowly, through repetition, reflection and reinforcement — at the Academy, and at home.

Who It's For

Children who are ready. Parents who are intentional.

Children ages 6–15

Curious, growing, and ready to discover who they are and what they can lead. We meet them exactly where they are and grow them from there.

Intentional parents

Parents who don't want to leave leadership development to chance — and who are willing to show up, learn, and reinforce the work at home.
